By accessing, purchasing, or using Lunar Tools, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Lunar Tools is a reseller toolbox that provides generators, tools, and monitoring features in a single application. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lunar Tools. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and license key secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Lunar Tools for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key.

Lunar Tools is offered on a subscription basis, and all payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges in accordance with your selected plan until you cancel.

Once your subscription is complete, your license key is delivered automatically to the email address used at purchase.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

We want to resolve any billing issue directly. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us before taking any other action.

Initiating a chargeback or bank dispute is a violation of these Terms. Doing so will result in the following, immediately and without refund:

• Your subscription will be cancelled.
• Your license key will be terminated.
• You will be permanently blacklisted from purchasing or using Lunar Tools in the future.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to reverse engineer, tamper with, or circumvent the application or its licensing, using it for unlawful purposes, or interfering with its normal operation.

Lunar Tools, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by Lunar and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Lunar Tools is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We do not sell, share, or leak your data to anyone. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Lunar Tools at any time if you violate these Terms, including the chargeback and dispute policy described above.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
